Great rug!
Comments about Flannery 8'x10' Rug
Really pretty family room rug. Some of the reviews referenced shedding, but, I have not had an issue at all. I often sit on the floor in dark clothing and never have an issue. I've had it for a month and vacuum as recommended without the roller. I highly recommmend this rug. Purchased the grey.
Delivery guys are the best! Friendly, professional, on time and helpful. They definitely added to the positive overall experience with Room & Board.

Very happy with this beautiful rug
Comments about Flannery 8'x10' Rug
Very happy with this beautiful rug. It feels soft under the foot, and opens up the space while defining the room. It also helps with the room acoustics and my hi-fi system has never sounded better since the addition of this rug. Shedding is minimal and I use a Miele vacuum set to suction only to preserve the quality of the fibers in the loom. If I had to make the decision again, I would buy exactly the same rug. Delighted with the purchase.
The rug was delivered on time and the movers set it in place and took the wrapping away with them. And, they removed their shoes without any prompting from me, which I very much appreciated.

Beautiful and high quality rug
Comments about Flannery 8'x10' Rug
Room & Board never disappoints. After extensive research, we decided on the Flannery rug in Ivory in 8x10. It was delivered and installed a few days ago and we are in love. It is the perfect neutral for our space, yet the delicious texture adds visual interest. It feels divine underfoot. There has been minimal shedding, and it vacuums beautifully. I know based on previous Room & Board purchases that we are going to enjoy this rug for many years to come. Thank you Room & Board for never compromising on quality, please don't ever change!
As always, scheduling and actual delivery was flawless. Shout out to Bryan and his partner for being so efficient and friendly. Excellent communication and service. I have never had any delivery person remove their shoes before entering my home, without even being asked, and it was such an unexpected and appreciated gesture. Room & Board's service is as top tier as their product quality. I am a loyal customer for life.

Floor area rug
Comments about Flannery 8'x10' Rug
Overall this is basic carpet like the look, price was reasonable but not inexpensive. Carpet fits well and delivery was very well done. Issue is carpet has not held up over below average usage. Looks good as I said but has not held up. Purchased different type of carpet at Room and Board just found that one also seems not handle basic ware to well. 2 stars

Soft, cozy, sheds a lot
Comments about Flannery 8'x10' Rug
I bought the 8x10 for my living room in grey and it's beautiful. Soft on your feet and plush. It does shed quite a bit -- I've been running a roomba on it 2-3x/week for the past month and it's still shedding. But it's very high quality and reasonably priced for a wool rug so I can't really complain.
