Jasper

I got the Jasper sectional in the otter chenille like fabric. I like the fact that the chaise is not completely closed off and has a more open feeling. There is definitely a break-in period with these cushions. They are pretty stiff to start. I had to unzip them and taco fold the cushions for an initial release, and then I did it for several days in a row. I've had the sofa for about three weeks and I imagine it's going to take several months to break in. Also note that the one arm on this sofa is very narrow and you can't lean your head up against it when you're lying down, you have to put a pillow in front of it. Having said all of that, it is comfortable if you like a firmer sit, I got the narrow depth. I really like the tapered walnut legs, I recommend those.

We have a lot of Room & Board experience, including furnishing an entire home and buying a few more pieces later on. The products are very high quality and comfortable, and we love that they are mostly made in the US. The service is beyond comparison. There is always help available in the store - available but not intrusive. A R&B designer loaded our houseplans into their software, which really helped visualize the furniture in our home. Even so, a side table and the dining room table that we ordered didn't work in the space, so R&B swapped them out for us - without an additional delivery fee. We will always buy from R&B!

I love this couch! Designing and ordering it was very easy-with knowledgeable staff in store happy to help answer questions. The new couch is somewhat firmer than the in-store one-but it is still very comfortable and I expect it will soften some with use.

This couch feels and looks wonderful. We ordered the olive-colored Mori fabric which feels soft, and will clean easily. It feels sturdy but also isn't impossible for us to move if needed, and came with floor pads on each leg. This is not so much a "sink into it and never get off" couch, but more of a supportive and structured sitting experience with a slightly higher back and shallower seat than some other Room and Board couches we considered. Still plenty comfortable for lounging and watching a movie, but also a couch that we can spend hours on doing laptop work (or breastfeeding a baby which I am currently doing) without feeling like we are totally compromising our posture/backs. #sweepstakes

The Jasper chase is well built, comfortable, and looks great in my modern home

We love this sectional sofa. The fabric and construction are first rate. Everything was clearly communicated and the sofa fits my smallish room perfectly.

Our three piece Jasper sectional with a curved corner looks fantastic, fits our living room perfectly, and is so comfortable it's become our favorite landing spot. We also love to have friends over for a meal, and it has really made the after dinner conversations or game playing so much more fun and cozy.

We started looking at this couch because it fit perfectly within our home size-wise and had a more lower profile look that wouldn't overwhelm the room. We also liked that you could sit upright comfortably on it but with the bumper addition we were looking for, we could have a cozy couch corner to relax in for movies, reading etc. Not to mention that the cushions are a great balance of firmness and plushness, so we feel comfortable yet supported. As a bonus, we love that it has enough clearance to the floor from the bottom of the couch frame so our robo-vac can get underneath! Since we had it custom made, we chose the Declan olive boucle fabric and love how the green looks with some dark walnut legs and other dark woods in our home. We've paired it with some dark bronze pillows and have a dark maroon blanket rested on top as well. We only have space for one couch in our home, but this really feels like a versatile couch with a modern look that with the bumper, can seat 6 people comfortably and can act as both a "sitting/socializing" couch and a "lounging" couch. Bonus that it's made in the USA as well and are looking forward to holding onto this couch for many, many years. Overall, we're super happy with this purchase!

Our Jasper couch is wonderful. Comfortable, good craftsmanship & materials

After having the sofa for almost 10 years Im unlikely to recommend this sofa. It's a handsome sofa, seat cushions are slightly narrow for sitting and cushions are lower on the back- meant to look more formal. It is easy to pull the covers off and wash them and the fabric has held up over time- impressive! The cushions you sit on have held up and are quality (no collapsing, some indenting). The frame is really well made too. What I don't like: If you have a family, and plan to use the sofa daily, the sofa looks really messy with the smaller cushions (I'm constantly straightening them). Also, the insides of back cushions have shrunk over time, they now sit lower than the back of the sofa. The covers are now too big. I'll have to ask R&B about ordering new cushions. Lastly, while we were warned upon purchase, the fading of the fabric happened quickly from natural light. We choose a dark/slate grey thinking it would hold up to stains better but I wish I had chosen a lighter color less susceptible to sunlight. Note that it's a south facing window so not direct sunlight. Overall, and even though I love R&B, I would not recommend this sofa for style (formal on the bottom, slouchy on top) and the back cushions not holding their form.
