We're very happy with our new sofa! After a sizing call, we ended up with the perfect fit for our basement entertainment area. It is comfortable, looks great, sturdy, and dog-approved! #sweepstakes

I'm so disappointed in this sofa. It started falling apart after only a year and now at 4 years, the fabric has pulled apart on the cushions. The feathers are constantly sticking out. The foam seats have fallen so it's not very comfortable. The front panel piece of the sofa has a sagging appearance. (My husband who sits on that side weights 175lbs for reference.) This was my first purchase of Room & Board, and I don't think I've had a worse quality construction on a sofa. Do not recommend.

comfy, cute, couldn't ask for more!

This is the absolute worst couch I have ever sat on. I purchased this sectional in the fabric Tepic haze about September 2023. Since day one the joint between the two sections have been misaligned, but the company assured me it was normal. You can feel the misaligned sections and the hard frame of the sofa through the seat cushions. The back cushions are always deformed and limp, despite daily fluffing. The fabric is scratchy and pills like crazy. I justified spending more on a couch by believing that it would stand the test of time. This couch is not it! I love Room and Boards style but not sure I feel comfortable making future purchases based on this experience.

The couch arrived exactly as expected. It's comfortable and well built. Fits the room perfectly. #sweepstakes

We love our new Room and Board sofas for our cottage. The cushions are firm but comfortable, and the fabric is tightly woven so that I don't (excessively) get nervous when the dog decides to enjoy the comforts of the sofa—I can easily vacuum up all the The fabric choices were extensive, but we chose an in-stock color for speed of shipping, and the blue is perfect in our lakeside home.

This has been a great piece to build my living room around. Its so comfy to use for reading or watching TV.

I loved this couch in store and when it was first delivered - Room & Board customer service and the delivery experience were fantastic. Unfortunately the amount of feather loss shed by the back cushions was excessive and there was a noticeable height difference with the chaise cushion. There was also quite a bit of pilling on the fabric despite the couch only being used by 2 adults and a senior dog. I reached out to Room & Board and they brought me an entirely new version of my sofa. Two years later, I can confidently say that the issues I had with the first sofa was not a fluke. The current sofa still has the height difference issue in the chaise cushion and the chaise cushion constantly slips from its position. The amount of feather loss in the back cushions is staggering - it's obvious that a low quality fabric was used for the cushion since feathers are constantly poking out. I'm already looking into replacing this couch with a different one since the feathers are driving me crazy, but am hesitant to order with Room & Board again given how this one has held up.

I've had this couch for almost a year, and I regret it every time I sit on it. Some major problems include: -The cushions leak down constantly -Even after buying my own separate cushion liners specifically to prevent this -The cushions lose shape almost immediately -There's only one connection holding the couch together, which constantly bends and comes off -This means the couch is always out of assignment or bent to stressing -The covers are incredibly tight and have ripped multiple times The color is honestly one of the few things I can say is nice about the couch. I'm very disappointed that I spent as much as I did for such terrible quality and will probably never buy something from Room and Board again because of it. Learn from my mistake.

I am so satisfied with this sofa! I knew I wanted a Room & Board couch with chaise and the Jasper seemed like the right size that would not be overwhelming for my apartment space. I spent a year deliberating on color with many different swatches and landed on Sumner Ginger. Best decision! It is a great rust color that fits perfectly in my living room. The couch is sturdy yet comfortable. The fabric seems very durable, especially with a pet. Very glad to have the flexibility of the reversible chaise in case I ever need to change the placement of the piece. Cannot recommend enough!
