I purchased this sofa and it arrived in July. It's now October and 15 of the 30 tufted buttons have come loose. Room and Board customer service sent a local furniture repair vendor to our house three times, every time they fixed a few buttons, other buttons came loose. Since September, I have been promised to have all the buttons replaced, but that has not happened. The quality of the tufted buttons appears to be sub-par according to the repair vendor noting the cords connecting the buttons are thin and not waxed, which is a low-quality installation. I highly recommend you think twice before purchasing this model. Everything else about the sofa is great, it's too bad the quality is so low.

We done this before, so, we showed up with complete room measurements. I can't overstate how useful this is. Like others, Room&Board has a terrific design application that allows you to see different decorating ideas, move your virtual furniture around, and be sure you get a great result. Our salesman knew his stuff. We walked around testing out different lines. We used the CAD program to get the sizing just right and ordered with confidence.

This is my fav piece of furniture. It's very nice quality and so cozy. I made a coffee/ready nock near a window and this is now my favorite place to sit and relax in my house. It's wide enough to get really cozy, add a pillow and blanket and no reason to get up. So far the fabric has stayed clean, even with a dog in the house.

I had this sofa for twenty years and had it not been for covid (I made a little dent in my spot) it was like new. Every one that sat on it commented on the comfort. It's true about it being comfortable for all sizes. Clearly quality. I moved to CA last year (from northern NJ,sans the sofa) because I thought I would just buy another sofa. Guess whose kicking themself now. No 'making the sofa' ...when you stood up it was as crisp as before. Room and Board is unquestionably quality. Know this. I might just buy the Reese 63" Right-Back Sofa for my tiny house now.

Love this! It's cozy and small enough for a little corner of my apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! #sweepstakes

This is the perfect size chaise. It's wonderful for lounging watching a movie or read a book, a great place to bring my computer and get work done, and still is a welcoming place to sit for guests when entertaining. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Beautiful couch!! But there's always a but, once arrives at your house. 1.buttons becomes loose and sticking to your butt when you seat on it, that hurts. 2. The seat moves when seating. 3. I scratched my feet and my arm so many times when trying to sleep on it, because of the loose buttons. 4. After 4 months they replaced one cushion and was worse then the first one. 5. After the replacement 3 months later they send me another whole different couch. Bottom line is, I bought whole new furniture after 1.5 years and Room&Board are seating in my garage to donate them. Terrible quality.

These are great looking and well-made, I loved the look and the fabric but they were hard as rocks. Came to find out what I sat on in the showroom had been there 5 years! If you want something that's going to hold its shape and look great, these are for you! If you want something to relax in, try the Jasper!

This Reese piece has created a cozy reading nook in the master bedroom. Complete with a lovely R&B accent pillow, it's now my most favorite place to recline!

Just so pleased with this Chaise couch. It sits next to our windows and we just love reading in it and watching TV. Not too large so really fits in well. It is also wider than I remembered so you can fit two people on it as well.
