LED Bulb

The rating is for both the product and the service. It's ok that not all products are perfect. But be careful that "[w]e do not offer a warranty on our lightbulbs", quoted from customer service. The bulb died after one year of light use and the agent just refused to offer me any refund or replacements. The agent was trying to blame me for improper use of the bulb. But how? After I quote the warrant policy, the agent finally sent the replacement. I'd be more comfortable with other well-known brands with at least 3 to 5 years of warranty. Room and board is known for having no time-limited warranties (simply because we trust you to get things right), but that does NOT mean it has NO warranty. If that's the case, I would definitely reconsider buying furniture again from Room and Board. I'm already regretting and worrying about some new large pieces bought recently.

This light bulb—while expensive—does exactly what I'd want a light bulb to do. That is, provide a sustainable LED light source that provides a pleasant and not harsh light that is fit for my living room, and works on all three dimmable settings on my Streeter lamp! The light is soft but not dim, and makes my living room feel cozy. Yes, it's expensive, but LED lights are finicky and don't always works on all dimmable settings. This one does it's job very well! #sweepstakes
