Comments about Orbit 8 diam Wall Sconce/Flush Mount
This is a handsome well-made moden sconce that we used in the staircase of the renovation of our Edwardian flat in San Francisco. We used two Orbit 8" sconces on our staircase wall to offset traditional 1904 details. While we wish Orbit offered a 6" globe model we are happy with the lights & outcome,

We redid our victorian home with modern and statement lighting. Our living room needed a simple ceiling sconce to balance a bigger chandelier. This light is perfect for what we needed. It is elegant and simple.

Beautiful!
Comments about Orbit 8 diam Wall Sconce/Flush Mount
I bought the 8 inch orbit lights with black matte rims as wall sconces. Two were installed in my entryway and one in another hallway. They are beautiful in their simplicity and provide excellent light. Most of my furnishings are from R&B and these lights may be one of my favorite purchases.
They were delivered promptly by UPS and came in perfect condition because of the excellent packaging. My electrician who installed them was impressed that the the white globe was threaded and was secured by being screwed into the fixture.
