We are very happy with the look, quality and functionality. The walnut/stainless unit looks beautiful on a small blank wall in the entryway with picture frames and small art objects.
Scheduling and delivery were efficient. We had to change the original date with a quick phone call. The unit was put in place and packing taken away.

I bought a set of ladder shelves similar to this one from Room & Board 22 years ago when furnishing a previous home. I recently moved and the buyer of my old home loved them and wanted to keep them. When I found a spot in my new home that needed just the right piece, I bought this one because I had limited space and they come in so many sizes. It fits perfectly and looks so good. Very happy with the style and quality.

I LOVE Room and Board. I love the quality of the pieces and the service is amazing. We have a Gallery shelf we purchased years ago, and it is beautiful and made with real wood. This one is not nearly as nice with engineered wood and veneer. I wouldn't buy it again.
